This is just another highlight of the hack job Mr. Russo did. I’m telling you, just look at the pictures. At the end of the day, I had to spend my time and more money to fix his incompetence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can see how poor his work is. Here is the right-hand side of the room when looking in from the Family room. From level family room the laser is 4″ 3\/8<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the right-hand wall closet to the family room. Just about the highest spot. 3″ 5\/16<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closet opening, far left 4″ 7\/8 and in side the closet it was a whopping 5″ 1\/2 inches. That’s over a two inch differential in a 125 sq ft room. You have to be trying really hard to “F” this up, in order to be this off. Vinny kept claiming he’s worked big jobs, hundred man crews, etc, and he’s done this for years. Whatever, doubt that’s the case. The work speaks for itself. Embarrassing!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not the outside looking in. It\u2019s inside the mudroom. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Russo, was not only incompetent when it came to pouring concrete, but the guy could not install a door properly if his life depended on it. Every single door he touched has or have an issue. I mean, every door. This is our $3500 french door. This opening was part of the new construction, so there was no excuse why it couldn’t be installed correctly. This was his last attempt to prevent water from coming into the mudroom. After this attempt I just said fuck it. I used spray foam to create an expansion joint then the self-leveler did the rest. If it’s wrong it can’t be worse than what the clown did. Unfortunately, the door doesn’t close properly to this day. It’s neither plum, level, or square.
